Holy Communion to The Sick, The Dying, And Homebound:
Our CCM Coordinator of Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick will arrange for Holy Communion to be brought to one's home or the hospital. Eucharistic Ministers to the Sick can administer the Eucharist as Viaticum to the dying. This is the last sacrament a dying person receives.
