Arranging a Funeral:
The passing of a loved one is always a traumatic time. Please notify the Rectory Office as soon as possible after a death has occurred. The pastor or Bereavement Coordinator of CCM will talk and meet with you to advise you of what assistance is available through the parish and provide other counseling as needed. Before arrangements are announced, the parish, funeral home and family must be in agreement.
Our parish community wants to offer its consolation and support to the family on the death of one of our brothers or sisters in Christ. We ask that the family give us an opportunity to announce the death and funeral arrangements. Please do not expect the rites of Christian Burial can begin the day after death. The parish needs time to make preparations. You may have trust and faith that every effort will be made to ease your pain and grief.
